We already know how Nokia was going introduce its new 5G model soon. Now the dates are finally released. It is officially announced by Nokia that the new Nokia G42 5G will be released next week. The manufacturers which handled the finishing product has confirmed that the new 5G smartphone will arrive in the country. It was seen that by June of this year in few selected market the phone was already launched however we didn’t receive any such launch in India.
The new phone will come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 480+ SoC. Along with this powerful feature we also will be provided with a triple rear camera unit. This camera unit will be led by a huge 50-megapixel primary sensor. The colour variants which are for now visible on Amazon are So Grey and So Purple.
The Nokia g42 5G will be launched in India via X was announced officially by Nokia. The schedule on which it is officially announced to be launched is on September 11 2023. The first sale will be held exclusively through Amazon. The price variation of the model are not yet officially said by Nokia for now. However, we do can predict the price based on the price tag when the model was launched in Europe.
The Nokia G42 5G model was launched with a price tag of EUR 199 in June in Europe. It makes roughly around 20,800 rupees in India. The model was of 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. As per the updates available on Amazon we will be having Android 13 in Nokia G42 5G. it will also be having monthly security updates for around three years and Android OS updates for around two years.
The smartphone along with the above features will also have many more features. It will have a 6.56-inch HD+ LCD display which will have 720 × 1,612 pixels with a 90Hz refresh rate. The mobile’s storage can also be extended up to 5GB with an additional virtual RAM.
The European model has a 5,000mAh battery with a 20W fast charging support. The whole model is claimed to be made in India while it is also said that the back cover of the phone is very nature friendly. It is claimed by Nokia that the back cover is made up of around 65 percent of recycled stuff.
