Vivo is working to launch their Vivo S17 series in China. This series would mostly consist of Vivo S17, Vivo S17e, and Vivo S17 Pro smartphones. It is expected to be launched between July – September this year, they may be launched in the Indian market with a different name after the china launch.
Before the official launch in China, Vivo S17 is listed in the Chinese 3C (China Compulsory Certificate) certification website, this is an official regulatory body which certifies electronics devices before they are sold in China. This latest listing is revealing some charging specifications of the Vivo S17.
As seen above, Vivo S17 is listed with model numbers V2282A and V2283A and charger model numbers as V8037L0A0-CN, V8037L0B0-CN, or V8037L0D0-CN with ratings as 10W (5V/2A), 18W (9V/2A), and 80W (11V/7.3A) respectively. So it confirms that the Vivo S17 will come with 80W fast charging support for sure. Just to recall, Vivo S16 which was launched earlier comes with a 66W fast charging support, so their next version the Vivo S17 is coming with an upgraded fast charging support.
Vivo S17 Specifications
The upcoming Vivo S17 series is expected to come with a 1.5K OLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. It is expected to be powered by Snapdragon 778G processor, and might be available in 8GB RAM + 128GB storage, 8GB RAM + 256GB storage, and 12GB RAM + 256GB storage options.
This device will be running Android 13 OS, and will be backed by a 4,500mAh battery with 80W FlashCharge fast charging support. It also sports a triple camera setup on the back among which will be a 50MP primary camera, we don’t have the specifications for the other camera.
We should receive more news, official posters from the brand as the launch is approaching which will confirm the specifications, price and launch in the other markets.
