Oppo has launched their latest A-series smartphone, Oppo A98 5G in Malaysia today.
To talk about the top highlights of this smartphone, punch-hole camera, tripe cameras on the back, Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor, huge 5,000mAh battery are a few. It is also expected that this smartphone will be launched in the Indian market as well very soon, however we are yet to receive official news from the brand regarding this.
Oppo A98 5G Specifications & Price
Oppo A98 5G features a 6.72-inch FHD+ IPS LCD with a refresh rate of 120Hz and a 2400 X 1080 pixels resolution. It also sports a tripe camera setup on the back comprising of a 64MP primary camera + 2MP micro-lens camera + 2MP depth sensor camera. It also comes with a 32MP camera on the front in the punch-hole design for selfies.
Oppo A98 5G is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor coupled with Adreno GPU, and RAM upto 8GB (with a 8GB virtual RAM feature as well) and 256GB internal storage. We can also see a fingerprint sensor on the side of the smartphone.
This smartphone runs ColorOS 13 based on Android 13 and is backed by 5,000mAh battery with a fast charging support to 67W. It also supports multiple connectivity options like NFC, USB Type-C, G SA/NSA, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2 and GPS.
Oppo has not revealed the prices of this smartphone yet but a listing on e-com portal suggests that the Oppo A98 5G with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage will be available for RM1399 (Rs 25,700 approx) This device will be available in Dreamy Blue and Cool Black colour options.
