OnePlus Nord 3 India Launch Information; More Details

OnePlus is planning to launch a new smartphone under the Nord series; OnePlus Nord 3 in India.  OnePlus is yet to confirm the exact launch date, but posted a launch timeline on their community post. Below is the poster published on the OnePlus community forum which indicates that the OnePlus Nord 3  will be launched in India, APAC and Europe. However the name of the smartphone is not mentioned on the poster, it just says “The Next Nord”, based on the reports it is expected that the OnePlus Nord 3 will be launched sometime in July in India.

OnePlus also opened “The Lab Campaign” which is a forum for the external folks to register and test the devices and share their reviews. The Lab program is open for community, non-community members, OnePlus and non-OnePlus users from Europe, India, or the APAC regions. It is also mentioned that there will be 50% reservation for the folks who have registered previously for this program. Applications are invited till June 25th and the devices will be shipped by June 28 for the selected users.

OnePlus Nord 3 Specifications

OnePlus Nord 3 will be featuring a 6.74-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with refresh rate of 120Hz. It sports a 50MP main camera; 8MP camera; 2MP camera. It also has a 16MP selfie camera on the front. Under the hood, it is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 processor with RAM upto 16GB and internal storage upto 256GB.

Runs OxygenOS 13 based on Android 13, it is backed by a 5,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging support.

It is also rumoured that the base version with 8GB RAM+128GB internal storage will be priced at EUR 449 (Rs 39,900 approx), 16GB RAM +256GB internal storage will be available for EUR 549 (Rs 48,800 approx). It is also expected that the price of the base version will be between Rs.30,000 – Rs.35,000 in India. OnePlus is yet to confirm the pricing details as well, we should be receiving more confirmed information in the coming days.
