Apple’s First Store in India Opened Today: Apple BKC Mumbai

Apple’s first flagship store in India is officially opened today located at the BKC (Bandra Kurla Complex) Mumbai. Today also marks the brands 25th anniversary in India. It is grandly opened by the CEO Tim Cook and interacted with the staff and the audience.

Before the launch, Tim Cook also shared his first Mumbai’s famous Vada Pav experience on twitter along with Madhuri Dixit.

According to few reports from other media sources, Mr.Cook will be meeting PM Narendra Modi and Rajeev Chadrasekhar (Minister of State for Electronics and IT later this week)

Apple BKC is the brands first physical flagship store in the country to deliver the best retail customer experience. Till now Apple has been selling its products via a few authorised resellers and online platforms. It is also claimed that the Apple BKC is the most energy efficient store across the globe as it is fully powered by solar power.

Apple is also set to launch their another physical store at Select Citywalk Mall in Delhi on April 20th.
