Apple Saket’s store was grandly inaugurated by Tim Cook on Apr 20 by Tim Cook. This is the second biggest flagship store in the country after the Apple BKC Mumbai which was opened on Apr 18. Delhi’s Apple Store is located in Select CityWalk Mall, Saket.

A huge crowd was gathered at this new store to have a quick look of the store and see CEO Tim Cook as well. As Apple already mentioned that with these new stores in the country, their aim is to provide the best retail customer experience and develop their offline base in the country. Right now the brand is selling their products via a few resellers. Apple Delhi’s store is smaller than the Apple BKC, however there is no difference in the customer experience, product showcase and many other services. This store will be supported by 70 staff members who can speak 15 languages to assist the store visitors.
Apple’s Sr. VP of Retail, Deirdre O’Brien said that “Our incredible team members look forward to connecting with the local community and helping them find new ways to pursue their passions and unleash their creativity through our amazing products and services”
Same as the Apple BKC, the Apple Saket store is also having a unique design, having dedicated sections for iPhones, MacBooks, accessories, customer service and many more. Customers can even purchase online and pick the device from the store. Same as all the Apple stores across the world, The Apple Saket store will also run on 100% renewable energy.
