The most awaited smartphone Nothing Phone (2) is confirmed to be launched in July as confirmed by Carl Pei. As we already see how the Nothing Phone (1) got good attention in the smartphone market. Nothing Phone (2) is expected to arrive with a lot of upgrades when compared with it’s previously launched smartphone.
Carl Pei also confirmed that the Nothing Phone (2) will come powered by Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset processor, in the latest post it is also confirmed that the Nothing Phone (2) will be backed by 4,700mAh which is a bit higher than the 4,500mAh battery present in the Nothing Phone (1).
In an exclusive interview with Forbes, Carl Pei confirmed that Nothing Phone (2) will come with a 4,700mAh battery, fast charging specifications are however not confirmed yet. Earlier it was already confirmed that this upcoming Nothing smartphone will come powered by Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, this will offer better performance than the previous smartphone and this will also make sure that the smartphone fall between premium and mid-range smartphone segment which will make this smartphone available to broader audience.
It was also confirmed that the Nothing Phone (2) will be globally launched in July, which means it is going to be revealed in multiple markets at a time. So we can expect the India will be in the list of the global launch.
A few leakers also indicated that Nothing Phone (2) is going to have a transparent design which was a big highlight seen in the Nothing Phone (1).
Nothing Phone (2) Specifications
Nothing Phone (2) is expected to sport a 6.55-inch FHD+ AMOLED with in-display fingerprint sensor support and a 120Hz refresh rate. It is expected to come with a triple camera setup comprising of a 50MP primary camera. Other confirmed specifications are 4,700mAh battery and a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor.
It is expected to be available in 8GB RAM + 128GB storage, 8GB RAM + 256GB storage and 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variants.
