Nokia has launched a latest budget smartphone Nokia C22 in India. This smartphone comes with a water drop notch design, fingerprint sensor, 5,000mAh battery, dual rear cameras (13MP primary camera) are a few highlights. The biggest advantage of this smartphone is the fingerprint sensor as most of the budget smartphones doesn’t offer the fingerprint functionality instead just provide the Pin/Pattern security feature.
Nokia C22 Specifications
Nokia C22 features a 6.5-inch HD+ water notch design display with an aspect ratio of 20:9 and 600 × 720 pixels resolution. The display also has a glass layer for additional protection. It comes powered by an octa-core Unisoc SC9863A processor paired with IMG8322 GPU. Nokia C22 is available in 2GB RAM/4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage options, the internal storage can be further expanded upto 256GB using a microSD card.
It runs on the Go-edition of Android 13, backed by 5,000mAh battery with 10W charging support. It also has a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner for security which is not something seen on any budget smartphones. Nokia C22 sports a dual camera setup on the back comprising of a 13MP primary camera, 2MP macro-sensor camera along with a LED flash, it also has a 8MP front camera which is present in the water-notch design.
The base version with 2GB RAM is priced at Rs 7,999 and the 4GB RAM version is available for Rs.8,499. Nokia C22 is available in Charcoal, Sand, and Purple colour options and are already on sale at multiple offline stores.
Nokia is also offering a launch benefits for the Jio Plus users on the regular Rs.399 plan which offers 75GB monthly data + 3 add-on SIMs. Postpaid customers will get 100GB additional data (10GB additional for 10 months) and other multiple partner offers as well.
